The Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library welcomes donations of genealogical and local history books and materials. The Library will also accept books in good condition that relate to our collections, which include President Hayes and his administration, the Hayes Family, the Civil War, the Gilded Age or late 19th Century, the Great Lakes and Erie Islands. If duplicate books are donated, the Library may sell them or offer them to other libraries in exchange for material we need.

Donation of Funds
Financial contributions to the Library are greatly appreciated. They provide for the purchase of books or internet subscriptions for the use of all patrons of the Library. Memorials
Memorial books are a great way to remember or honor ancestors, friends or relatives. Donations of money made in memory of /in honor of someone will purchase books that will have bookplates in the front of the book to honor them.
