Learn how property records can help trace genealogy at Hayes Presidential class
Learn how to use property records to help trace a family history during a genealogy class offered Sunday, May 3, at the Hayes Presidential Library.
Using Land and Deed Records in Genealogy Research is from 2 to 4 p.m. in the presidential research library. Although the library is closed on Sundays, librarians will welcome attendees who pre-register for the class.
Admission for each class is $15 per person for non-members and is $12 per person for Hayes Presidential members.

Head Librarian John Ransom and Library Technician Sharon Barnett will show participants how to land and deed records can be helpful in finding family history information.
Hayes Presidential is America’s first presidential library and the forerunner of the federal presidential library system.
