Legends of the Giants talk by local historian will be an online program

For the health and safety of staff and visitors, local historian Mike Gilbert’s talk about legends of the giants will take place as an online program on Sunday, June 7.

The talk is at 2 p.m. on Go To Meeting, a virtual meeting website. Ticket holders will receive a notification email with login information and will have an opportunity to ask Gilbert questions at the end of the talk.

Gilbert will discuss stories that giants once walked the earth and findings of his research into those legends. His discussion is a companion program to the special exhibit “Ohio: An Unnatural History,” which will be on exhibit through Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021.

The Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is America’s first presidential library and the forerunner for the federal presidential library system. It is partially funded by the state of Ohio and affiliated with the Ohio History Connection.
