Volunteers

Every program, every event at the Hayes Presidential Library & Museums has at its foundation a group of dedicated volunteers. It is only with their help that the Library & Museums are able to accomplish so much.

Two volunteers man a food cart during the 2013 'Nature at the Grove' event.

A volunteer helps a youngster with casting his line at the Bucket Mouth Bass game during GroveFest.

Two volunteer 'judges' talk to a student competitor during the annual Ohio History Day Contest.

One of the many volunteers who assist with the Hayes Center's popular Easter Egg Roll, reads to young participants.

Group tours benefit from the knowledge of our volunteer Museum Docents.

Volunteer Docents spend much times learning about Museum artifacts so they can share varied information with guests.

Six times a year a crew of ice cream scooping volunteers are on hand during Verandah Concerts.

Concert-goers line up for ice cream as volunteers serve up their selections.

Easter Egg Roll participants receive free balloons from a volunteer.
