Tickets available for Music in the Parlor

A mother-and-daughter harp duo will perform at Music in the Parlor on Sunday, May 21, at the historic Hayes Home at the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library & Museums.

Karen Svanoe Westgate and Sirka Westgate Schreck will perform from 4-5 p.m. in the large parlor of the home, the same area where President Rutherford and First Lady Lucy Hayes entertained guests in the late 1800s. 

Tickets are $12. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. They can be made by calling 419-332-2081, ext. 238.

 Music in the Parlor is sponsored by Mosser Construction.

The Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is America’s first presidential library and is located at Spiegel Grove at the corner of Hayes and Buckland avenues. The facility is affiliated with the Ohio History Connection.
