The Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center in Fremont, Ohio, provides a variety of options for rental of its manificent facilities. Situated in Northwest Ohio, the Center is just 10 minutes south of the Ohio Turnpike. It is easily accessible via main roads, with ample overnight accommodations nearby. The Center's main entrance is at the corner of Hayes and Buckland avenues. Our 25-acre wooded property contains the home and museum of 19th U.S. President Rutherford B. Hayes.
Our park-like grounds are part of the President's beloved 'Spiegel Grove' estate. Towering trees and rare plants are scattered amid grassy lawns, paved pathways, and flower gardens. The natural beauty of the propery provides ample inspiration for creating an outdoor event as unique as the person planning it. Opened to the public in 1916, the Hayes Museum literally puts your guest in the midst of history. Imagine enjoying coversation and refreshments while lingering near a carriage that carried four U.S. Presidents, or sharing a toast in an atrium flanked by a First Lady's wardrobe.
The Museum's auditorium provides the perfect off-site venue for business meetings or intimate private gatherings where the availability of multi-media technologies is important.
