- There is no charge for an obituary request but please limit your request to six per month.
- Include the person's name and the citation listing newspaper date and page as shown in the Ohio Obituary Index.
- Specify if you would like the obituaries faxed or emailed to you and include your name and contact information. For requests asking for obituaries to be mailed, please send us a stamped self addressed envelope with your request. One first class stamp is sufficient postage for three copies. For six copies, use two first class stamps.
