- The charge is $3.00 per record (not per person - some people have several obits and other sources.) Research can be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service or by e-mail. If you do have an e-mail address, include it, as well as your name, address, and citations when you contact the library. If we have your e-mail address, we may be able to scan and e- mail the documents to you faster.
- Make a list of the name and the citation - newspaper name or abbreviation, date, page, column. Mail the check or money order made out to "Tiffin-Seneca Public Library" for amount - (number of obits or records X $3.00). (Any newspaper items that are from page 1, column 1 are free because of their brevity.)
- Requests are limited to three obituaries at a time. Upon delivery, three more obituaries may be requested.
