778. Hiram Larchar Pease was born on 25 January 1860.4 He died on 18 January 1928 in Climax Springs, Camden Co., MO. He attended Fremont public schools, Kenyon College, and was one of the surveyors of the Wheeling Railroad. He also went to Montana, where he helped survey the Northern Pacific road, leading into Helena, MT. He removed to Missouri from Fremont in 1884. He was postmaster of Climax Springs,MO.
"Hiram L. Pease, a Fremont boy, with snap in him, has comfortably fixed himself at Climax Springs, MO., as a stockman-- 320 acres and 54 head of cattle"
