SPECIAL ELECTION PROCLAMATION (33RD SENATORIAL DISTRICT)

To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting:
To the several Sheriffs of Hancock, Wood, Lucas, Henry and Putnam Counties, Greeting:
WHEREAS, Satisfactory information has been received at this Department that a vacancy exists in the office of Senator in the Thirty-third Senatorial District, composed of the counties of Hancock, Wood, Lucas, Fulton, Henry and Putnam, caused by the death of Hon. James C. Hall, you are hereby notified and directed to hold special elections in said counties on the second Tuesday of December ensuing, at the usual place of holding the same therein, for the purpose of filling such vacancy; and you will give notice of the time and place of holding such election in your several proclamations.
